The Service Administration (hereinafter — 'Operator') processes personal data in accordance with Federal Law No. 152-FZ 'On Personal Data'.
- The Policy applies to all users of the Service.
- By using the Service, the User gives their consent to the processing of personal data in accordance with this Policy.
- The Operator reserves the right to make changes to the Policy without prior notice.

3. 3. How We Use Data

- User identification when logging into the Service.
- Providing access to Service features according to the tariff.
- Storage and distribution of uploaded images.
- Payment processing and invoicing.
- Improving the quality of the Service and user support.
4. 4. Data Storage
Users' personal data is stored on servers located in the Russian Federation, in accordance with the requirements of 152-FZ.
- Account data is stored until the account is deleted by the user.
- Uploaded images are stored according to the selected tariff.
- Transaction data is stored for 3 years.
- Access logs are stored for 30 days.
ℹ️ All servers processing personal data of Russian citizens are located in the Russian Federation.
5. 5. Data Transfer to Third Parties
The Operator does not transfer personal data to third parties, except as provided by Russian legislation:
- Upon request from law enforcement agencies in accordance with the law.
- To fulfill court decisions.
- With the explicit consent of the User.
⚠️ The Operator is not responsible for the actions of third parties who gained access to the User's personal data as a result of the User violating security rules.

Users have the right:
- To access their personal data.
- To correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
- To delete their personal data (except for data required by law to be stored).
- To withdraw consent for data processing.
- To receive information about the processing of their data.
