📋 Terms of Service

1. 1. General Provisions

This Terms of Service (hereinafter — 'Agreement') governs the relationship between the administration of Piixe (hereinafter — 'Administration') and the user (hereinafter — 'User') when using the Piixe image hosting service (hereinafter — 'Service').

By using the Service, the User confirms that they have read this Agreement and fully agree to its terms.

• The Service allows uploading and storing images with obtaining direct links for embedding on third-party resources.
• The Service is not responsible for the content of uploaded images and their use on third-party resources.
• The Administration reserves the right to change the terms of the Agreement without prior notice.

2. 2. Terms of Use

The User agrees to follow these rules when using the Service:

• Do not upload images containing pornographic, extremist, or offensive material.
• Do not use the Service to distribute malware or phishing links.
• Do not violate the copyrights of third parties when uploading images.
• Do not attempt to hack or disrupt the Service.
• Do not use the Service for commercial purposes without written consent from the Administration.

3. 3. Intellectual Property Rights

All rights to uploaded images belong to their owners.

The Administration does not claim rights to uploaded images and does not use them for its own purposes without the explicit consent of the owner.

• The User retains all rights to their images.
• The Administration provides only technical capability for storage and distribution of images.
• By uploading an image, the User gives consent for its public display in the Service gallery.

4. 4. Tariffs and Payments

The Service is provided on a Freemium basis:

• The Free plan includes a limited number of uploads and storage period.
• Paid plans provide extended features and remove restrictions.
• Payment is made through Telegram's internal currency — Stars.

5. 5. Liability

The Service is provided 'as is' without any warranties.

The Administration is not liable for:

• Damages caused by the use or inability to use the Service.
• Data loss due to technical failures or actions of third parties.
• The content of images uploaded by Users and their use on third-party resources.

6. 6. Confidentiality

Processing of Users' personal data is carried out in accordance with Federal Law No. 152-FZ 'On Personal Data'.

Detailed information on data collection and processing is set out in the Privacy.

7. 7. Changes to Terms

The Administration reserves the right to make changes to this Agreement at any time.

Changes come into effect from the moment they are published on the /terms page. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the changes.
